Order Fulfillment
We try to pack orders as quickly as possible, so don't be surprised if you are notified that your order has shipped within 24 hours! However, our standard processing and packing time is 3-4 business days. You will be able to select the timeframe for delivery. Note that we are not responsible for delays in delivery once the shipping company is in possession of your order. If any question or concern arises, do feel free to contact us and we will try to help as much as possible.
Live Plant Orders
We currently do not ship live plants. They are only available for local pickup. If an order is placed that contains live plants and other shop merchandise, the merchandise will be shipped unless requested to pick up. If unable to pickup your plant order, that item(s) will be canceled.
Live plants must be picked up at the designated location and time arranged. We understand if something happens to cause a change of plans, so contact us to make alternate arrangements. Live plants will not be held for longer than four (4) days. After this time period, the item will be canceled and returned to store inventory. A refund will be issued to the same payment method used, minus a restock fee of $5.
Personalized Items
All personalized items are considered "final sale" and are not eligible for return or refund. If a defect is found upon receipt, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that a proper review of your item can be initiated. Pictures and/or video evidence will need to be submitted for review.
Returns
Items eligible for return will need to be received by us in unused condition. A thorough inspection will be conducted on our end to determine condition. This is to ensure that the merchandise can be added back to store inventory and made available to another shopper.
Returned items will only be eligible for either store credit, replacement with a similar item, or exchange for same item.
